Deposit & Cancellation Policy
To confirm and secure our time together, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to ensure smooth rescheduling. In such cases, your deposit can be transferred to a later appointment (once). Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of the full deposit, and you will need to pay a new deposit for rescheduling.
In the unlikely scenario where I must cancel the date, rest assured that your deposit will be promptly refunded in full unless you prefer to hold it for a future rescheduled appointment.
