Availability & Notice
The more notice the better please, a week or more is perfect- though it never hurts to ask for last minute bookings I wouldn’t be able to guarantee I would have availability.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A 30% Deposit would be required by bank transfer to a discreetly named account.
For any FMTY bookings all travel costs are required upfront along with a 50% deposit.
Cancellation fees
More than 96 hours’ notice: Your deposit can be transferred to a new date within 30 days.
Less than 96 hours’ notice: A 50% cancellation fee applies.
Less than 48 hours’ notice: The full booking fee is required as a cancellation charge.
While it’s extremely rare for me to cancel, if I ever need to, I’ll offer you alternative date or full refund.
