Hi, Iām Hanna!

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required upon booking. The deposit is 20% of the total fee, including any travel costs where applicable. For multi-day bookings, a 50% deposit is required. Fly/train me to you’s require a 50% deposit and full payment of any travel costs in advance.
If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment provided I receive 24 hours notice and the new date is arranged within three months of our original booking. All in advance paid travel fees are not refundable, neither are deposits, unless I am the one who needs to cancel.
