If you cancel with more than 3 days notice, I’m happy to put the deposit towards a re-scheduled date (once). If you cancelled with less notice, a full fee is due for the time you’d reserved.
If I cancel, I will refund or put the deposit towards a re-scheduled date and offer an extra hour free of charge when we do meet.
